An integrated practice — architects, interior architects, CGI artists and makers working from a single studio in Mayfair.
From feasibility through planning consent: massing studies, façades, structural narrative, and site integration in lock-step with our engineers.
Spatial reorganisation, joinery, finishes and lighting design. We model every elevation in 1:20 detail before a single line is drawn on site.
Photoreal CGI walkthroughs and VR headsets — so you can stand inside your space before construction begins. Every render is signed off by our art directors.
Custom furniture, sculptural lighting, hand-knotted rugs and stone fabrication, produced in our Como atelier and Spitalfields workshop.
The Method
I
Two days of immersion. We walk your site at dawn and dusk, audit how light moves, and map your daily rituals before sketching anything.
II
A spatial concept rendered in 3D within four weeks — including a VR walkthrough so you can experience proportions before approval.
III
Every joint, reveal and surface drawn at 1:5. We prototype joinery, lighting and stonework in our atelier before specifying.
IV
Weekly site presence. A single project director from sketch to handover — and a five-year aftercare programme thereafter.
